Andover, the traditional area of bodybuilders, is home to Hawson Garner, one of the oldest
established names in vehicle building.
Acquired by the Keam Group in 1995, this business has been relocated to a modern factory with
the capacity to produce over 950 bodies each year.
Hawson Garner is highly regarded by chassis manufacturers, main dealers, fleet users, local
councils and the emergency services.
By liaising closely with the end user, a vehicle body can be produced to suit specific business
requirements, giving flexibility, low weight, low downtime and high operational productivity.
The Group have the design and engineering skills to create a totally made-to-measure body or
adapt a standard factory production vehicle for a specific use. This, plus highest quality materials
and workmanship, means a body combining minimum maintenance with a life expectancy of two
or three chassis is produced.

Hawson Garner's parent company J S Keam is based in Whitstable in Kent, which has been it's
manufacturing base since 1956.
